Order Processing

Orders are reviewed, packed, and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. This window lets our team run quality checks, confirm batch freshness, and pack everything securely so your supplements arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Timelines

🇺🇸 United States Shipped via USPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 15 to 20 business days after processing.

🌍 International Estimated delivery: 15 to 30 business days, depending on your country and local courier network.

A quick heads up: delivery windows can shift slightly due to customs clearance, weather disruptions, peak season volume, or unexpected logistics delays. We'll always keep you posted if anything changes.

Track Your Order

Once your package ships, a tracking link lands straight in your inbox. You can also check your order status anytime through our Track Your Order page.

Cancellations & Address Changes

Need to make a change? Reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your package is already in motion and we can't pull it back.

To cancel, email us with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER" 📧 support@sootikals.com

Once shipped, cancellations and address edits are locked in by the carrier.

Delivery Attempts

Carriers typically attempt delivery up to two times. If no one's home to receive the package, it may be returned to the sender, so try to keep an eye out on your tracking updates.

Damaged or Defective Items

Something arrive less than perfect? We'll make it right, fast.

Just email support@sootikals.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

A free replacement will be on its way as soon as we confirm the details.
